We helped refine the original home design they had in mind, working with a draftsman to improve the rooflines and create a design that fit their vision and budget. It’s been exciting to watch this home take shape and see their plans become reality!

After owning his lot for two years, this veteran in Cheyenne, WY, was ready to build a home with more room for the family and more privacy outside city limits. This custom 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom ranch home sits on 4 acres just east of Wellington. Designed and built for modern country living, this home features an open layout and large windows perfect for taking in the beautiful views of the mountains.

This project started with the homeowners looking into a manufactured home, but the numbers told a different story. A small increase in budget opened the door to a site-built, semi-custom home with a much better layout and far more design flexibility to help them live comfortably on their land.
