These homeowners’ crawl space was converted into a full finished basement with two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a downstairs living room, and a utility closet/workout room, complete with a new staircase and railing.

What started as a 534 sqft basement and crawl space became a fully finished 1,158 sqft walkout basement designed around this homeowner’s vision for a custom recording studio. We excavated 624 sqft of crawl space, added a new walkout entrance, and completely remodeled the existing basement to include a professional recording studio, control room, living area, kitchenette, bathroom, custom bar, and built-in storage.

As part of a larger remodel, the crawl space of this Craftsman home in Washington Park was dug out, finished, and converted into fully functional basement space.
